Control fan speed, thermostat, and air intake/exhaust can be managed with the included remote control or with the flush-mount ceiling keypad. The rain sensor will automatically close the lid. This long-life, sealed ball bearing 12-volt fan motor is capable of moving over 900 cubic feet of air per minute, quickly and efficiently pulling fresh air in and removing hot, stale air and odors. The fan can also be run with the lid closed to circulate air inside your RV like a ceiling fan. The exterior flange has waterproof, molded mounting holes for easy installation of MaxxAir vent covers. An interior insect screen that is easy to remove for cleaning is also included. It fits all standard 14'' x 14'' roof openings and the smoke lid closes securely for a low profile appearance.
